About All Things New Ventures
Dustin Hillis, the founder and CEO of All Things New Ventures, has an inspiring life story that shaped the company’s mission. His journey is as follows:
At the age of 13, Dustin found his faith, and his life transformed. What was once a mundane existence filled with no direction suddenly burst into life with newfound energy, passion, and vigor.
However, he faced a period of wandering from the age of 16 to 22. The turning point occurred during a random walk near the University of Tennessee campus. The spirit descended upon him like a refreshing waterfall, leading to a profound moment of repentance and forgiveness. This experience lifted the burden of shame and guilt, prompting him to leave his party lifestyle and join a local campus church group.
Dustin’s life took a dramatic turn for the better. He met his now-wife, achieved record-breaking sales for a prominent direct sales company, founded a top-tier executive, sales, and management coaching business, and became the youngest CEO of one of the largest and oldest Nashville-based companies. By the age of 36, he was overseeing a global conglomerate with 30 companies under his direct leadership.
His achievements garnered recognition, including being named one of Nashville’s “40 under 40” top leaders by the Nashville Business Journal in 2019. In 2021, The Consulting Report acknowledged him as one of the Top 50 Consulting Firm CEOs, and Industry Era recognized him as a “Top 10 CEO.”
After a successful 20-year career, Dustin and his former company parted ways. He decided to reset and refocus on the vision God had given him for helping others. After careful consideration and prayer, All Things New Ventures was born. This company operates on the principle of earning equity by creating value and assisting businesses in their growth as a true business partner.
Dustin attributes all of his success to God, acknowledging that without Him, he would be lost and have nothing. He recognizes the highs and lows in life and the strength and redemption provided by God through it all. Dustin believes in the goodness of God and that all things are possible with Him.
